EverSolo EOS Audio Engine
EOS (EverSolo Original-Sampling-Rate Audio Engine) was developed by in-house engineers and enables bit-perfect audio playback that bypasses any Android OS restrictions on which EOS is built.

Dual ES9038Q2M DAC
Two ESS ES9038Q2M DACs are used, and 2 DAC chips = 2 channels for D/A conversion output independently. That equates to effective avoidance of interference between channels, reduction of background noise, better signal-to-noise ratio, and improved dynamic range. The DAC supports DSD512, PCM768@32bit, and MQA decoding.

Master Recording Playback and Decoding
DMP-A6 Gen 2 supports a wide range of ultra-high resolution audio formats including DSD, PCM, FLAC, APE, WAV and MQA.

Touchscreen for Better UI
Equipped with a 6" LCD touchscreen, DMP-A6 Gen 2 provides a simple but exquisite user interface, as well as intuitive touch controls for system settings, music browsing, and third party apps.

Added WOL (Wake-on-LAN) Feature
The DMP-A6 Gen 2 introduces the WOL (Wake-on-LAN) feature, allowing you to wake up the device via the app without manual intervention. This feature makes your music accessible anytime and anywhere, enhancing the convenience of your Hi-Fi experience.

HDMI DSD Multichannel
As a multi-channel streamer, DMP-A6 Gen 2 supports DSD Native and up to 5.1 channel output, combining music and home theater for a thrilling surround sound experience.

Internal M.2 SSD Slot
An M.2 NVME 3.0 2280 SSD slot is built into the DMP-A6 Gen 2 so you can install an SSD for music storage without removing the device cover. Capable of up to 4TB capacity, the speed, stability, and silent operation of SSDs make them perfect for local music storage and playback.

Ultra-Low Noise Power Supply
The newly upgraded linear power supply operates with a noise level below 40uV, delivering a cleaner and more stable power source for the audio circuit.

Rich Selection of Input and Output
DMP-A6 Gen 2 can connect to a variety of audio devices via a number of digital inputs and outputs. You get the classics like USB, Optical, and Coaxial, as well as newer standards like HDMI, Bluetooth, WiFi, and wired ethernet connections. You also get RCA and XLR outputs for connection to active speakers or amplifiers.

3rd Gen XMOS 316 Audio
With the 3rd Gen XMOS 316 audio processor, DMP-A6 Gen 2  has faster speed and higher USB bandwidth, ensuring the lossless transmission of Hi-Def audio data. USB port supports DSD512 Native, PCM768 @32bit and MQA full decoding. Optical and Coaxial ports support DSD64 (DoP), PCM192@24Bit.

Low Jitter, Dual Clock Processing
Low-jitter high-precision dual clocks are designed for DMP-A6 Gen 2. Two high-precision crystal oscillators (45.1584MHz and 49.152MHz) respectively correspond to 44.1 KHz and 48KHz multiplied sampling, effectively reducing jitter and achieving more precise audio decoding.

Fully Balanced Circuit Architecture
DMP-A6 Gen 2 analog circuit adopts fully balanced design from DAC chip to the XLR and RCA stereo output and provides better noise immunity and improves channel separation by eliminating shared loops for more consistent signal quality.

EVC Output Engine
The EVC engine uses a unique volume adjustment algorithm to precisely eliminate errors at different gain levels, ensuring that while adjusting the volume, the signal shape remains unchanged, thus providing the back-end DAC with more complete audio information.

Music Services Galore
The DMP-A6 Gen 2 incorporates popular music services like TIDAL, Qobuz, HIGHRESAUDIO, Amazon Music etc. You can take advantage of numerous high-quality online music services and revel in the allure of limitless streaming music along with support for numerous third party APPs for high resolution audio direct output using the original EOS engine. Wireless Music Streaming
Roon Ready, Tidal Connect, and DLNA are supported. High quality music can be streamed online to mobile devices on the same LAN, making it simpler to enjoy online music services and easier to play back music at home.

Seamless Integration
Supports HDMI ARC and TRIGGER function. HDMI ARC allows direct transmission of TV audio to the DMP-A6 Gen 2, reducing cable connections. TRIGGER enables devices to interact with each other, automatically powering on and off. Perfect for home theater systems, offering a simple and efficient audio solution.

CD Playback and Ripping
The DMP-A6 Gen 2 allows for CD playback by connecting an external USB optical disc. CD Rip APP adopts a data validation mechanism and error correction function to losslessly save audio data from CD. The app's algorithm intelligently matches CD album and song names (officially released CDs required), losslessly rips tracks, and automatically generates album and artist info.

Smart Control App
Android + iPhone/iPad control apps are available for the DMP-A6 Gen 2. In addition to basic playback control and system settings, they support asynchronous viewing of music library data and menus. Screen mirroring is also supported by installing third-party App.
