Local Delivery Information

Delivery window for Courier & Express Courier services are between Monday - Saturday, 10AM - 6PM.
Delivery window for Night / Weekend Courier service are between Monday - Sunday, after 6PM on weekdays & 10AM - 10PM on weekends.

Free Ordinary Mail delivery service is also offered for selected products, please be advised that they do not come with any tracking.

Cash-on-Delivery at Doorstep (COD@Doorstep) option is available for additional $20 for the applicable services.

NOTICE:

  1. Cut-off timing for Same Day delivery under 'Super Express Courier' will be 12pm, for delivery between 5pm to 10pm on a working day. For payments received after 12pm, order will be delivered by Next Working Day.
  2. Additional surcharge of up to S$30.00 may apply to certain restricted areas if entry to premise takes a longer time due to tight security. You will be notified where applicable.
  3. You will be notified upon delivery failure. You may either self-collect the item from our office or reschedule another delivery (charged separately).
  4. All Delivery Lead Time are based on working days.
  5. We are not responsible for any items getting damaged, broken, or lost during transit.
  6. Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

 

Overseas Shipping Information

Yes! Even though we are based in sunny Singapore, we do ship worldwide via various international carriers such as FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, Aramex, S.F. Express, Toll Global Express, or Singapore Post.

Rates will vary for more distant countries & product weight, you can get an accurate shipping quote at the Checkout page.

If you have any additional requests for your package (Package declaration, change of shipping address, etc), please feel free to contact us upon placing of order.

Self Collection Information

Yes, you may! You may drop by our office to purchase the items that we have ready in stock at our office. Please take note that not all products listed on TREOO will be ready in stock at our office. (Enquire with us if you are uncertain.)
When you arrive, we'll still need you to place an order on our webstore as this is how:

  1. we track our orders
  2. validate warranty as an e-Invoice will be generated as proof of purchase

Not to worry, we'll provide you with a desktop computer or tablet to place your purchase.
Our friendly staff can also guide you through the checkout process so that it'll make things snappy.

Self-collection from designated MRT Stations is also possible! Simply select the desired MRT station during checkout, choose to pay online or in cash during collection and our agent will contact you to arrange for a suitable day / time for collection within 6 working days.

Sorry, we do not have a physical retail outlet in Singapore, but we do have an Showroom for self collection orders or walk-in to place purchase, ask questions, or test/audition a selected range of our products, please click here to view the range of products available for testing.

   

PLEASE TAKE NOTE:

  • We accept walk-in purchases, however we only have a limited product range in our Showroom for cash & carry. Please check with us regarding the product's availability before hand to avoid any disappointments. 
  • For self collection of COD orders, please bring along cash for payment as we do not accept card/NETS payment in our Showroom. The nearest ATM for DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB is located inside Tai Seng MRT Station (Near Exit A Gantry).

Getting Here

By MRT (Tai Seng MRT)

1. Exit Tai Seng station from Exit B (Harper Road).

2. Turn left & walk down Harper Road.

3. Noel Building will be on your left near the end of Harper Road.

4. Take the Passenger Lift up to Level 2, #02-04 will be on your right.

By Car/Taxi

1. Enter Playfair Road via Upper Paya Lebar Road / MacPherson Road.

2. Entrance to Noel Building is located on Playfair Road near MacPherson Road.

3. Parking in the building is free of charge but subject to availability.

4. Take the Passenger Lift up to Level 2, #02-04 will be on your right.

We are an internet based business for more than 15 years now, a very trusted brand with great credibility endorsed by distributors and the global community.

Do place your trust and confidence in us and we assure you quality products and customer service!

Yes! We can allow that, but we do not have all the stocks ready in our Showroom for walk-in purchase. 90% of the stocks (especially the bulkier ones) are stored in our warehouse. 

You may contact us to find out if we have ready stock in our Showroom should you wish to do a walk-in purchase.

Placing an order online does not mean you have to pay online, you can select to pay in Cash upon self-collection on the Checkout page. Upon receiving your order, we'll process it for stock transfer from our warehouse to our Showroom (or any other COD locations) for you to self-collect.

An order will need to be placed as, so that :

  • our system will generate an e-invoice/receipt as proof of purchase for your Warranty claim purposes
  • we can process orders accordingly on first-come-first-served basis
  • for sales accounting purposes
  • you confirm your intention to purchase (or a preorder/backorder)

Our Showroom opening hours are from 12pm to 8pm on Weekdays, and 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays on appointment basis (book an appointment slot here)

We're closed on Sundays and Public Holidays


Our webstore is open 24-hours, you may of course place your order any time and we'll process it right away!

Yes! We do have a selected range of products with demo units available in our office for audition.

(Players are loaded with tunes, but feel free to bring your own microSD card to audition with your own tracks)

Yes! We do offer COD (Cash-On-Delivery), a.ka. Cash & Carry service.

Several COD location options will be made available when you checkout. These options include:

  • Our Showroom
  • Selected MRT stations
  • At your doorstep (Premium courier+COD service)

As soon as your order is ready for COD after an order is placed, you'll receive an official email notification for self-collection at our Showroom.

For MRT stations COD/collection, our staff will get in touch with you to confirm meet-up date and timing.

For most customers, getting your first pair of CIEMs doesn't sound easy at all. In fact, it's actually a pretty simple process.

At TREOO.com, we assist you step by step right from the start with your CIEM purchase. Simply drop by our Showroom, and our staff will be present to assist you with your enquiries, clear your doubts, and guide you through the procedure. We also provide the ear impressions service right in our Showroom!

But for our overseas customers, or for those who would like a DIY experience, be sure to follow the steps below.

 

Step 1: Place an order

  1. Decide which CIEM brand and model you'd like
  2. Decide the colour combinations, artworks, socket type, etc.
  3. Add the item to cart and proceed to checkout and complete your order

Step 2: Ear Impressions

  1. Make an appointment with an audiologist to create your ear impressions
    (we do provide the ear impressions service too, and we know how best to do it)
  2. Ensure that the ear impression has no major flaws and is past the second bend of your ear canal. If you are uncertain, please feel free to send us multiple photos of your ear impressions before sending it to us.
  3. Send the ear impressions to us

    We highly recommend that you protect your ear impressions with a sturdy box for shipment.

Step 3: Wait

  1. We'd process your order. All you have to do right now is to wait. Drop us a support ticket if you'd like to check on the progress of your order.
    The average lead time for CIEM orders is between 6 to 8 weeks.

Step 4: Audio Enjoyment!

  1. As soon as the completed CIEMs reaches us, you'll be notified via email.
  2. Have fun with your purchase!

As soon as you have placed a valid order through our webstore, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you via email automatically.

If you have not received it, be sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Junk' folder. It might have been stuck there, so do double check those folders again. 

If you had chosen COD as your preferred delivery method, our staff will contact you via mobile SMS to schedule for arrange for COD only when your order is ready for COD. We will not contact you if you had selected any of the domestic delivery options for your order.
