Whereas Custom fit Ice Lab In-Ear Monitors are fully customizable and custom fited to your ears.

As we provide ear impressions service at our office, please feel free to visit our office to audition Ice Lab's range of Custom IEMs before ordering. We will ensure that your ear impressions will be suitable for processing by Ice Lab.
If you are taking your ear impressions by a professional audiologist, please inform the audiologist of the following requirements:
An open/relaxed jaw ear impression, make sure to cover the full concha and pass the 2nd bend of the ear canal.
If you are unable to pass your ear impressions to us at our office, or if you're ordering from overseas, please see the instructions on this page.
