As part of the Foundation range, with subwoofer, front and rear speakers to match, the MartinLogan Foundation C1 makes the ideal centre speaker. Featuring speaker drivers that are renowned for their transparency and detail, they perfectly suit this centre speaker.
Stunning top-end sound
Famous for their top-end detail and exceptional articulation, MartinLogan soar above ordinary speakers. Using folded, thin-film material, the Gen2 FMT 2 tweeter has a large surface area, light weight and low excursion. This means that you get a nuanced and incredibly lifelike treble response, with sumptuous detail. For a smooth and consistent response, between the front speakers, Folded Motion Waveguides direct the sound with precision.
Breathtaking vocals
Featuring trickle down technology from MartinLogan’s Motion speakers, the C1 uses aluminium, unibody cones. Moving with linear precision, the cones deliver a smooth and consistent response that’s ideal for hearing every subtle detail from the dialogue.
Anti-lobing design
Lobing is when the soundwaves from two sources conflict with one another, giving an irregular response. To get around this, MartinLogan use a 2.5-way crossover, ensuring the correct tonality and sonic precision.
Timeless design
For the best fit with your room, the C1 speaker is available in black, white or walnut. Subtle detailing, such as bronze and gunmetal driver trim, gives this speaker a premium finish to match its sound. Stealth-lock grilles hold the grilles firmly in place, while maintaining smooth aesthetics with the grilles removed.
