I am very impressed with the excellent service and knowledgeable advice provided. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to take the time to assist their customers.
Despite being busy, they took the time to help me set up my amplifier properly. They also provided thoughtful recommendations and even offered to let me bring in my speakers for testing if necessary. Their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure that I was satisfied was greatly appreciated.

Great place to get started with IEMs as a beginner. I have visited some shops before, but I still felt lost until I dropped by Treoo and met Jun. He was very helpful and insightful, instantly diagnosing issues I had with IEMs in general and help me get a sense of direction in a very saturated market. The staff there are very friendly and passionate, 10/10 would recommend especially for those who are just starting off.
