Slow to respond and no help at all after purchase. WhatsApp and Online support is nonexistent. Average 1d to get a response even after sending messages during business hours, also zero effort to resolve customers problems. Very bad service overall.

I am very impressed with the excellent service and knowledgeable advice provided. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to take the time to assist their customers.
Despite being busy, they took the time to help me set up my amplifier properly. They also provided thoughtful recommendations and even offered to let me bring in my speakers for testing if necessary. Their willingness to go the extra mile and ensure that I was satisfied was greatly appreciated.
