Worst customer service ever, went down wanted to try a pair of ear phones. The staff was afraid that he will be taken advantage of if he allowed me to try the demo set, even asking if I will purchase the earphones from the shop if I liked it. Else why go all the way down to a factory building right? Spend your money elsewhere at Stereo or Jaben
