Treoo is prompt in reply and even though I made the purchase almost near the closing hours, they are kind enough to wait for my pick up to come before closing. Have purchased from them several times, they are highly recommended and they have good knowledge in what they do.

Had a great experience at TREOO thanks to Jun and Damian. I’m not an audio enthusiast and honestly didn’t know much about headphones and audio equipment when I walked in, but both of them were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process.
They took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options in simple terms, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Their recommendations were honest and tailored to my needs, which made it much easier for me to make a decision.
What stood out most was how willing they were to share their knowledge and answer all my questions. It felt more like getting advice from friends than being sold a product.
