I had a great experience with Treoo today when I visited their showroom to buy a vinyl player and speakers.
Steven, who assisted me, was extremely friendly and patient. He took the time to explain which options would suit my needs best within a similar price range, clearly outlining the pros and cons of the model I initially wanted. This really helped me make a confident decision instead of just pushing a sale.
His colleagues were helpful as well, and they even allowed me to connect the speakers I chose so I could properly hear the sound quality before buying. On top of that, Steven kindly helped me carry everything down to my car, which I really appreciated.
Now the setup is wrapped up and waiting to be opened as a Christmas gift 🎄—can’t wait to try it out and see how it performs at home.

How our 1½-day journey to find a HIBY M300 ended perfectly
We had such a great experience purchasing a DAP (HIBY M300) from this store while searching for my birthday present from my fiancé. We were truly grateful that after a simple phone call to confirm if the product was available, the nice gentleman on the line patiently assisted us. Even with the bad connection, he still managed to reserve the item we wanted. We were super excited to finally get a DAP as my birthday gift!
The crew at the store is incredibly friendly, and the environment feels very cozy and welcoming.
