iBasso has adopted the latest generation ES9038Pro DAC chip as the main heart and core of audio decoding with the DX240. It provides ultimate performance by providing support for high-resolution 32-Bit/768kHz PCM and native DSD512 decoding support. ES9038Pro is a highly proficient DAC chip that delivers astounding performance. As per reports from ESS, ES9038Pro has four cores per channel while their previous flagship, the ES9028Pro had one core per channel. iBasso has always trusted its high-end products with ESS Sabre DAC chips, which still follow the latest DX240.
