The Sony ICD-SX1000 Digital Flash Voice Recorder features 16GB of internal flash memory and is capable of capturing audio as PCM WAV or MP3 files. It can record up to 636 hours of 48kbps quality MP3 files and has a microSD slot for additional storage needs. The SX1000 has selectable automatic or manual record levels, allowing you to let the device adjust recording levels itself or control the levels yourself. The unit is powered by its built-in rechargeable battery. The retractable USB terminal allows you to transfer your files to your Mac or PC as well as recharge the SX1000. Sony includes a pair of stereo headphones, a stand, a carrying case, and a windscreen.

Automatic/Manual Record Level
